(the 3 ingredients healthy cookie)
Ingredients (6 cookies):
40gr oats (with or without gluten)
115gr Wild Girls peanut butter
50gr maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the peanut butter and the maple syrup and then add the oat flour. Mix everything together until forming a dough.
Roll the mixture into small balls and put the on a baking sheet.
Flatten each cookie with a fork, making a crisis-cross pattern.
Bake the cookies for more or less 12 minutes at 180°C.
Let them cool down a few minutes.
