Almond milk

Ingredients:

 

  • 100gr almonds  

  • 1l water (filtered if possible) 

  • Optional : dates, cinnamon, cacao powder, vanilla, maple syrup, honey, etc.

 

Method : 

 

Soak the almonds for 12 to 48 hours  

 

Rinse well the almonds 

 

Put the almonds in the blender with 1l of water and the optional ingredients of your choice

 

Blend for 1-2 mins 

 

Strain the milk using a milk bag, a cloth, an underwear bag, a coffee filter, etc.
