Ditch your boring toast and try this recipe! It’s insane, perfect for breakfast or snack ;)
15-20 gr pecan nuts
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Wild Girls hazelnut butter or any other Wild Girls nut butter
1/3 small pear
Pinch of flaky salt
Grated 82% dark chocolate
Preheat the oven at 175 degrees on fan mode.
Thinly slice the pear and chop the pecans.
On a baking tray, place a piece of baking sheet, sprinkle the pecans (the bread will be placed on top of the pecans, so try to match the shape of the bread as best as possible).
Drizzle the honey on top of the pecans, then layer the pears on top of the honey.
Spread a layer of hazelnut butter on the bread and place on top of the pear slices and bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
Remove when the side of the bread is grilled to your liking or when the honey has caramelized.
Let the toast rest for 2 minutes out of the oven. Then flip onto a plate and carefully remove the parchment paper.
Enjoy right away!
