DESCRIPTION
We make almond milk every week. It’s super simple, requires only 2 ingredients, 5 minutes of your time and a blender!
Ingredients
100gr almonds
1l water (filtered if possible)
OPTIONAL
dates
cinnamon
cacao powder
vanilla
maple syrup, honey, etc.
Preparation
Step 1
Soak the almonds for 12 to 48 hours
Step 2
Rinse the almonds well
Step 3
Put the almonds in the blender with 1l of water and the optional ingredients of your choice
Blend for 1-2 mins
Step 4
Strain the milk using a milk bag, a cloth, an underwear bag, a coffee filter, etc. Place in an airtight container for refrigeration
ENJOY!
NOTES
For more sweetener add a date, a bit of cinnamon, maple syrup or vanilla extract !
You can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
