DESCRIPTION
Chia pudding is loaded with antioxidants, fiber, protein, and omega-3! The perfect healthy breakfast ;)
Ingredients
2 tbs chia
2 tbs coconut yogurt (or any other yogurt of your choice)
120ml any Wild Girls plant based milk
1tbs agave or maple syrup or honey
1tsp cacao powder (optional)
TOPPING:
Granola
Red berries
Banana
Wild Girls almond butter (or any other Wild Girls butter of your choice)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the night before the chia seeds with the yogurt, the plant based milk, the maple syrup and the cacao powder (optional)
Step 2
Place it in the fridge to chill overnight. Taste it in the morning with the topping of your choice
