Ingredients

  • 40gr dark chocolate ( 50% to 70%)

  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk

  • 15 ml half cream

Toppings :

  • Grated dark chocolate & marshmallow

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate.

  • Heat the milk and poor it over the melted chocolate and mix.

  • Whisk the cream and poor over the hot chocolate.

  • Add your topping.
