DESCRIPTION

Extra fudgy and sooo chocolaty. This healthy brownie is gonna melt in your mouth! Try this recipe, you will never get over it !

Ingredients

  • 120 gr chocolate + 50 gr chocolate chips (we used 74% chocolate)

  • 70 gr coconut oil

  • 1 avocado

  • 180 gr coconut sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 70 gr cocoa powder

  • 80 gr almond meal

  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

  • In a mixer, beat the eggs with the coconut sugar until obtaining a foam.

Step 2

  • In the mean time, in a small saucepan, add the chocolate and coconut oil let them melt on medium heat.

  • Once the chocolate has melted, add the cocoa powder and mix with a spatula.

  • Pour the mixture into the eggs and coconut sugar and mix again.

Step 3

  •  Make your own almond meal by blending some almonds or skip this step and add store bought almond meal.

Step 4

  • Mash the avocado add it with the almond meal into the mixture and beat again.

Step 5

  • Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture, pour it into a lined baking pan of 26x16 cm and bake it at 180 degrees for 16 minutes on fan mode.


 Let the brownie cool down before devouring it!
