DESCRIPTION
Chewy and delicious these cookies are gluten free, lactose free, no refined sugar. They are perfect to enjoy for breakfast, snack or late-night dessert.
Ingredients
200gr oats (with or without gluten)
20gr rice flour
1tbs cacao powder
5tbs agave or maple syrup or honey
5tbs coconut oil
2 tbs almond milk
1 tbs baking powder
Chocolate chip
30gr flaked almonds (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredient in a large bowl
Step 2
Make some balls using your hands
Place the balls on a baking tray and flatten them a little to form a cookie shape
Step 3
Bake for 10-15mins until golden
Let them cool down a few minutes
