Chewy and delicious these cookies are gluten free, lactose free, no refined sugar. They are perfect to enjoy for breakfast, snack or late-night dessert.


  • 200gr oats (with or without gluten)

  • 20gr rice flour

  • 1tbs cacao powder

  • 5tbs agave or maple syrup or honey

  • 5tbs coconut oil

  • 2 tbs almond milk

  • 1 tbs baking powder

  • Chocolate chip

  • 30gr flaked almonds (optional)


Step 1

  • Mix all the ingredient in a large bowl

Step 2

  • Make some balls using your hands

  • Place the balls on a baking tray and flatten them a little to form a cookie shape

Step 3

  • Bake for 10-15mins until golden

  • Let them cool down a few minutes
