Halloween Brownie

DESCRIPTION

Here is a pumpkin and chocolate brownie.
The perfect easy Halloween treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 300gr pumpkin puree

  • 240gr flour

  • 180gr whole cane sugar

  • 100gr butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 140gr dark chocolate

  • 60ml coconut oil

  • 3gr baking powder

  • 4gr salt

  • 2-3gr cinnamon

  • Pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

  • To make pumpkin puree , preheat the oven at 200 degrees on fan mode, cut your pumpkin in two and scoop out the seeds and put it in the oven for more or less 45min (until soft). Scoop out and make a puree. 

Step 2

  • Melt butter and chocolate stirring until smooth and melted. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3

  • Combine your eggs and your sugar and beat with an electrical mixer until fluffy.

Step 4

  • Then combine baking powder, salt and flour and add it to your eggs and sugar mixture and mix again (but don’t over mix).

Step 5

  • Divide your mixture in two bowls: in one bowl add your melted chocolate and butter and stir. In the other bowl add pumpkin puree, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and stir until combine.

Step 6

  • Layer both mixture into your pan. Add the chocolate chips on top and put it in the oven for 20minutes at 180degrees on fan mode.

Allow to cool it and enjoy !!
