Ingredients
450 gr banana
50 gr black sesame
30 gr honey
2 eggs
90 gr coconut oil
30 gr toasted sesame oil
150 gr coconut sugar
10 gr vanilla extract
250 gr gluten free flour
3 gr baking powder
3 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
Preparation
FOR THE BREAD
Step 1
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees on fan mode.
Step 2
Mix 25 gr of black sesame with the honey until it forms a paste.
Step 3
mash the banana.
Step 4
Add the sesame paste to the banana and mix again.
Step 5
In a another bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, coconut oil, sesame oil and vanilla extract. Mix with a fork.
Step 6
Add the banana and sesame mixture.
Step 7
Once combined, add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
Step 8
Sprinkle the remaining 25 gr of sesame inside the batter and on top.
step 9
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for 40-45 minutes
