The Bikini Body Zucchini Cake

"Zucchini"? This delicious and simple zucchini cake is very healthy : gluten free, lactose free, no refined sugar and we promise you it's delicious and it's really worth it!!

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 egg

  • 130gr maple syrup

  • 55gr coconut oil

  • 60ml Wild Girls cashew milk

  • 130gr almond flour

  • 50gr oat flour

  • 20gr corn starch

  • 2gr baking soda

  • 4gr baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 20gr walnutds

  • 70gr 72% dark chocolate 


Step 1

  • Grate the zucchini. Add the eggs and mix.

Step 2

Step 3

  • Top with the almond flour, oat flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt and combine everything. Crack the walnuts and add the chopped chocolate in the mix. 

Step 4

  • Place the cake mix in the oven for approximately 45-50 minutes on fan mode at 180°C.
