130gr maple syrup
55gr coconut oil
130gr almond flour
50gr oat flour
20gr corn starch
2gr baking soda
4gr baking powder
Pinch of salt
70gr 72% dark chocolate
Grate the zucchini. Add the eggs and mix.
Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, Wild Girls cashew milk and mix again.
Top with the almond flour, oat flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt and combine everything. Crack the walnuts and add the chopped chocolate in the mix.
Place the cake mix in the oven for approximately 45-50 minutes on fan mode at 180°C.
