
DESCRIPTION
Few minutes of preparation for an outstanding flavor result. Winter soups will never be boring again! Don't forget to top it with the dukkah (you can find it on our shop) it makes all the difference!
Ingredients
1 big broccoli
2 fennels
1/2 head of garlic
40gr cashew nuts
1/2 liter of water (or more if it's too thick)
salt and Wild Girls Deli dukkah (to your taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Roast the broccoli, the fennel and the garlic with some olive oil and salt in the oven at 200°C for approximately 25-30 minutes on fan mode
Step 2
In the meantime, soak the cashew nuts in hot water
Step 3
Once the vegetables are cooked, put everything in the blender with 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of dukkah, add the water and blend to your desired consistency
Step 4
Sparkle your soup with some more dukkah (e-shop) and olive oil and enjoy with our homemade grain crackers (e-shop)
NOTES
Add your water gradually to achieve the desired consistency. We like ours pretty thick:-)
