DESCRIPTION
If you need a little inspiration to get back on the healthy track, check out this recipe. It's only made with coconut yogurt and harissa paste yet it is extremely flavorful.
Ingredients
4 filets of cod (approx 150gr each)
20gr harissa paste
120gr coconut yogurt
1tbsp olive oil
Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the yogurt, harissa, sald and olive oil in a bowl and brush the fish filets with the mixture.
Step 2
Put them in the oven at 180°C fan mode for approx 20-25 minutes.
Perfect to pair with our harissa veggie recipe !!
NOTES
The quantity of the harissa will really depend on the brand you use and the level of spiciness you can handle ,-)
