Harissa Cod

If you need a little inspiration to get back on the healthy track, check out this recipe. It's only made with coconut yogurt and harissa paste yet it is extremely flavorful.


  • 4 filets of cod (approx 150gr each)

  • 20gr harissa paste

  • 120gr coconut yogurt

  • 1tbsp olive oil

  • Salt


Step 1

  • Mix the yogurt, harissa, sald and olive oil in a bowl and brush the fish filets with the mixture.

Step 2

  • Put them in the oven at 180°C fan mode for approx 20-25 minutes.

Perfect to pair with our harissa veggie recipe  !! 


The quantity of the harissa will really depend on the brand you use and the level of spiciness you can handle ,-)
