DESCRIPTION

Lacking inspiration ? Try this extremely easy and delicious recipe.
It's the perfect quick dinner and it's also great to cook this salmon for a group as you can easily multiply the amount of salmon and bake it all together in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 800-900 gr salmon

  •  1 tbsp black sesame noir

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

Preparation

Step 1 

  • Mix all the ingredients to make your sauce.

Step 2 

  • Pour the sauce on the salmon and marinate for 15-30 minutes..

Step 3 

  • Cook the salmon on a baking tray in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for 15-20 minutes.

You can easily pair this salmon with our coconut rice recipe and some greens with sesame oil and tamari sauce. it's delicious !
