It's the perfect quick dinner and it's also great to cook this salmon for a group as you can easily multiply the amount of salmon and bake it all together in the oven.
Ingredients
800-900 gr salmon
1 tbsp black sesame noir
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp sriracha
1 crushed garlic clove
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients to make your sauce.
Step 2
Pour the sauce on the salmon and marinate for 15-30 minutes..
Step 3
Cook the salmon on a baking tray in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for 15-20 minutes.

You can easily pair this salmon with our coconut rice recipe and some greens with sesame oil and tamari sauce. it's delicious !
