
DESCRIPTION
We decided to try the rice balls Tik Tok trend, Wild Girls style!
Ingredients
2cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup water
Salt
Brocoli
Carrots
Beans sprout
Roasted peanut
Wild Girls ginger sweet chili oil (recipe on our Instagram feed)
For the carrot and beans sprout sauce :
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp neutral oil
1tsp Apple cider vinegar
1tsp fish sauce
The juice of 1/2 lime
Small garlic clove
Pinch of ginger powder
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixer blend the rice and the water until having a puree consistency.
Step 2
In a pan dry out the moisture of the rice. This will take between 6 to 8 minutes (check the video on instagram for the consistency).
Step 3
Roll them into bite size balls and set them aside.
Step 4
Sauté the brocoli with some olive oil and reserve.
Step 5
Cook the balls until golden and add them to the brocoli..
Step 6
Prepare the salad dressing and mix it with the carrot and beans sprout.
Step 7
Pour the ginger sweet chili oil on top of the balls, sprinkle some peanuts and eat all together !!!
