Let's eat tapioca !!
You can eat tapioca with whatever you want!!! Today we were in an Asian mood so we decided to fill our with a peanut butter hummus!
Ingredients
FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER HOUMOUS :
- 2 cans of chickpeas (500 gr)
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp Wild Girls peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 1 small garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
TOPPINGS :
We used beansprouts, carrots, coriander and roasted peanuts and some Asian style dressing
Preparation
Add all the hummus ingredients to a and mix until having a smooth texture.
