7-8 organic chicken thighs (1,2-1,4kg)
3tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
1tsp grated ginger
3tbsp soy sauce or tamari sauce (for a gluten free option)
3 crushed or minced garlic cloves
Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Remove the skin from the chicken and marinate it with all the ingredients for minimum 1-2 hours with all the ingredients above.
Put the chicken on a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Flip the chicken few times, that way the chicken will be golden on both sides and still tender.
Cast iron skillet is perfect to achieve the best caramelisation.
