These Brussels Sprouts are so yummy and easy to make. They are perfect for a holiday dinner or a weeknight meal ;)
500 gr Brussels sprouts
50 gr parmesan
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried origano
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees on fan mode.
Wash the Brussels sprouts, pat them dry and cut them in half.
In a large bowl, add to the Brussels sprouts olive oil, origano, garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly.
Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, spreading evenly into one layer and bake them for 30 minutes. Adjust the time depending on your oven, the vegetables should be golden brown.
