
DESCRIPTION
To make the perfect quick and easy dinner make this coconut rice with the salmon teriyaki recipe (main dishes section)
It’s the perfect match.
Ingredients
280gr jasmin rice
130ml water
70ml coconut milk
3 garlic cloves
1 big tbsp coconut oil
Organic grated ginger
Chopped spring onion
Pinch of salt
TOPPINGS :
green part of the spring onion
Lime zest
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse the rice
Step 2
In a saucepan add the coconut oil and once the pan is hot pour the white part of the onion.
Step 3
Cook the onions for 2 minutes and add the garlic.
Grate the ginger.
Add the rinsed rice.
Step 4
Add the boiling water and the coconut milk. Bring to a boil, put the lid and turn down to low heat for 10 minutes. Turn down the heat and leave the rice for 20 minutes. (Don’t remove the lid).
Step 5
After 20 minutes, remove the lid and fluff up the rice with a fork.
Step 6
Grate some zest, add the green part of the onion and enjoy with our salmon teryaki recipe!
