
DESCRIPTION
Corn ribs are the perfect vegan alternative. All you need is a sharp knife and some spices ;)
You will never eat your corn as before, they are so crispy!!
Ingredients
FOR THE CORN RIB:
2 corns
20gr agave syrup
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp olive oil
FOR THE SAUCE:
150gr coconut yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
10gr fresh coriander
Salt and pepper
FOR TOPPING:
Spring onions
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the corns in 4, add all the spices, the olive oil and mix well. Place in the oven at 220°C on fan mode for approx 30 minutes.
Step 2
While the corns are in the oven, prepare the sauce by blending all the ingredients of the sauce.
Step 3
Once the corns are ready, drizzle some sauce and top them with spring onions !!

Works great in an air fryer also.
