DESCRIPTION

If you are looking for a simple detox salad full of nutritious ingredients and flavor: here it is! Fresh and colorful, this salad is ready in minutes!

Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD : 

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1 large carrot

  • 1 brocoli

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1 beetroot

  • Some basil leaves 

  • Cranberries

  • Roasted almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds 

FOR THE SAUCE : 

  • 1tsp mustard

  • 1tsp honey

  • 2 tbsp vinegar

  • 3tbsp olive oil

  • 1 inch of ginger

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon 

  • Salt and pepper 

Preparation

Step 1

  • Chop your veggies and mix everything in a bowl.

Step 2

  • Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and add it to your veggies. Mix and top it with cranberries and roasted mix seeds. Enjoy!
