DESCRIPTION
If you are looking for a simple detox salad full of nutritious ingredients and flavor: here it is! Fresh and colorful, this salad is ready in minutes!
Ingredients
FOR THE SALAD :
1/2 cucumber
1 large carrot
1 brocoli
1 celery stick
1 beetroot
Some basil leaves
Cranberries
Roasted almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
FOR THE SAUCE :
1tsp mustard
1tsp honey
2 tbsp vinegar
3tbsp olive oil
1 inch of ginger
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chop your veggies and mix everything in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and add it to your veggies. Mix and top it with cranberries and roasted mix seeds. Enjoy!
