Pimp Cauliflower

DESCRIPTION

Another way to eat cauliflower! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, this recipe is an easy vegetable side dish that goes with any meal. Add to this recipe the sweet potatoes with 1 tsp of cinnamon, the spring onions and roast them all together;)

Ingredients

  • 2 cauliflowers

  • 25gr olive oil

  • 1tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp cumin powder

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1tbsp masala

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • Water

OPTIONAL:

  • Sweet potatoes

  • Cinnamon

  • Spring onion

Preparation

Step 1

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (apart from the cauliflower) and add a little bit of water just to dilute the sauce according to your taste

Step 2

  • With a little brush, spread the sauce on and inside the cauliflower

Step 3

  • To make it even tastier, cut and add some sweet potatoes with a bit of olive oil, salt and cinnamon and some spring onions and put everything together in the oven for 45 min to 1 hour
