We are in the mood for chocolate and this is a really healthy chocolate(87% but of course you can use any chocolate you want). Perfect for a snack.
300 gr 87% chocolate
150 gr almonds
Toppings of our choice:
dried mixed berries
Roast the almonds in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
Pour the chocolate in a 26x16 cm cake mold, add the roasted almonds and set aside for 10 minutes until the chocolate cools down.
Then top with the toppings of your choice. We added pistachios and dried mixed berries.
