Ingredients

  • 210 gr dried chickpeas

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 100 gr chocolate

Preparation

Step 1 

  • Soak the chickpeas in water for 12-16 hours.

Step 2

  • The next day, rinse the chickpeas, pat fry them and place them on a baking sheet.

  • Drizzle the coconut oil on top, mix well and bake at in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for 30-40 minutes, until the chickpeas are crispy.

  •  Let the chickpeas cool down.

Step 3

  •  In the meantime, melt the chocolate.

  • Coat the chickpeas with the chocolate.

Step 4 

  • Form some chocolate chickpea balls and freeze them for 10 minutes.
