Healthy snack !
Ingredients
210 gr dried chickpeas
1 tbsp coconut oil
100 gr chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water for 12-16 hours.
Step 2
The next day, rinse the chickpeas, pat fry them and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the coconut oil on top, mix well and bake at in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for 30-40 minutes, until the chickpeas are crispy.
Let the chickpeas cool down.
Step 3
In the meantime, melt the chocolate.
Coat the chickpeas with the chocolate.
Step 4
Form some chocolate chickpea balls and freeze them for 10 minutes.
