Crunchy and healthy, it's the perfect easy-to-make snack!! And OMG the dip is so delicious! You can use it for everything ! The secret to make them really crunchy is to drizzle just a tiny bit of olive oil and massage them. They shouldn't be too oily. THESE CHIPS ARE ADDICTIVE!!!
FOR THE CHIPS:
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 pinch of salt
FOR THE DIP:
1 garlic clove
1tsp fresh ginger
2tbsp maple syrup
1/2cup Wild Girls almond butter
1/2cup Wild Girls peanut butter
4tbsp soy sauce
4tbsp rice vinegar
Toss the kale with the olive oil and all the spices and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes more or less at 180°C fan mode
Combine all the ingredients of the sauce in a blender and blend until you reach the texture of your choice but it has to be a super smooth texture.
Dip your Kale in the sauce and enjoy !!

Keep the sauce in the fridge for 3 days and you can use it for :
- Carrot salad, adding some spring onions on top
- Spring rolls (with rice paper)
