
DESCRIPTION
These homemade snickers are the perfect alternative to everyone's favorite snicker bar. The recipe is dairy free, gluten free, vegan and makes the best snack.
Just a little tip : cut them in bite size pieces, freeze them and enjoy them as ice-cream!!
Ingredients
300gr dates
45gr roasted peanuts
200gr 72% dark chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Blend the dates until smooth and spread on a cake mold of more or less 20cm using the back of a spoon (it's a bit sticky)
Step 2
Spread the peanut butter over the date paste and sprinkle the roasted peanuts.
Put in freezer for 2 hours (it needs to be very frozen).
Step 3
Right after taking the mold out of the freezer, melt the chocolate. Then take the preparation out of the mold and slice it into bars.
Step 4
Dip the bars into the melted chocolate and put them in the freezer to firm up for about 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy, it's really worth it !!!!
