We are in the mood for chocolate and this is a really healthy chocolate you can have for Christmas!
75gr pecan nuts
75gr macadamia nuts
2tbsp cacao powder
30gr vegan butter
200gr dark chocolate 70%
Toast the pecan and macadamia for 10 minutes
In the meantime melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Once the chocolate has melted add the cacao powder.
Melt the vegan butter
Blend the figs with the vegan butter in a mixer and add it to the melted chocolate.
Chop the toasted nuts and add to the mixture. Mix everything again and shape the salami on a parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
Then sprinkle the chocolate salami with the icing sugar to make the total look ;)
And there you go !!
