The Vegan Chocolate Salami

We are in the mood for chocolate and this is a really healthy chocolate you can have for Christmas!


  • 75gr pecan nuts

  • 75gr macadamia nuts

  • 120gr figs

  • 2tbsp cacao powder

  • 30gr vegan butter

  • 200gr dark chocolate  70% 


Step 1 

  • Toast the pecan and macadamia for 10 minutes

  • In the meantime melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Once the chocolate has melted add the cacao powder.

Step 2

  • Melt the vegan butter

Step 3

  • Blend the figs with the vegan butter  in a mixer and add it to the melted chocolate.

Step 4

  • Chop the toasted nuts and add to the mixture. Mix everything again and shape the salami on a parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.

Step 5

  • Then sprinkle the chocolate salami with the icing sugar to make the total look ;)
