We've Got Balls

DESCRIPTION

These no bake treats take only a few minutes to make and they are filled with "feel good" ingredients. Make them for a quick and on the go snacks.

Ingredients

  • 250gr medjool dates

  • 3/4 cup grated coconut + a bit more to cover the energy balls

  • 3tbs cacao powder

  • 5tbs Wild Girls cashew butter

  • 1 handful cacao nibs

Preparation

Step 1

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Step 2

  • Make some balls using your hands.

Step 3

  • Cover the energy balls with the grated coconut.

  • You can keep them in the fridge for at least 10 days. 

NOTES

You can replace the cashew nut butter by any other nut butter of your choice.
