DESCRIPTION
These no bake treats take only a few minutes to make and they are filled with "feel good" ingredients. Make them for a quick and on the go snacks.
Ingredients
250gr medjool dates
3/4 cup grated coconut + a bit more to cover the energy balls
3tbs cacao powder
1 handful cacao nibs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Step 2
Make some balls using your hands.
Step 3
Cover the energy balls with the grated coconut.
You can keep them in the fridge for at least 10 days.
NOTES
You can replace the cashew nut butter by any other nut butter of your choice.
