We decide to create a recipe with the almond pulp from our almond milk recipe you can find on the breakfast page in order to use all the benefits of the almond.
FOR THE LATTE :
1 1/2 cup almond pulp ( pulp of 170gr of dried almonds for our almond milk)
1tsp garlic powder
1tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp flaxseed meal
30ml olive oil
Squeeze out the pulp from the almond milk and put it in a blender
Add garlic powder, chives, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, water, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend everything for a few seconds (for the perfect consistency check the video on our instagram page (@wildgirlsdeli)).
Spread the dough between two baking sheets and roll until the dough is 2-3mm thick.
Cut the dough into squares, poke it with a fork and place it in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for more or less 20 min, then flip your crackers and bake them for another 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy with some guacamole or any other dip of your choice!
