We decide to create a recipe with the almond pulp from our almond milk recipe you can find on the breakfast page in order to use all the benefits of the almond.

  • 1 1/2 cup almond pulp ( pulp of 170gr of dried almonds for our almond milk)

  • 1tsp garlic powder

  • 15gr chives

  • 1tbsp chia seeds

  • 1tbsp flaxseed meal

  • 30ml water

  • 30ml olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Step 1

  • Squeeze out the pulp from the almond milk and put it in a blender

Step 2

  • Add garlic powder, chives, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, water, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend everything for a few seconds (for the perfect consistency check the video on our instagram page (@wildgirlsdeli)).

Step 3

  • Spread the dough between two baking sheets and roll until the dough is 2-3mm thick.

Step 4

  • Cut the dough into squares, poke it with a fork and place it in the oven at 180 degrees on fan mode for more or less 20 min, then flip your crackers and bake them for another 10-15 minutes.

Enjoy with some guacamole or any other dip of your choice!
