Bitch Body Cookies

Ingredients (8 cookies):


  • 200gr oats (with or without gluten)  

  • 20gr rice flour 

  • 1tbs cacao powder 

  • 5tbs agave or maple syrup or honey  

  • 5tbs coconut oil 

  • 2 tbs almond milk 

  • 1 tbs baking powder 

  • Chocolate chip 

  • 30gr flaked almonds (optional) 

Method : 


Preheat the oven to 180°C. 


Mix all the ingredient in a large bowl.  


Make some balls using your hands. 


Place the balls on a baking tray and flatten them a little to form a cookie shape. 


Bake for 10-15mins until golden. 


Let them cool down a few minutes.
